We are a full service contract manufacture located in South Holland, IL composed of experienced and passionate Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Business Analysts and Chemists. AZAN means “power and strength”. Therefore, it is with these tools AZAN Management Group will provide a one-stop shop for all your contract manufacture needs. We work with individuals who want to build a dream and leave behind a legacy. MEET NIKKI JOHNSON

A Chicago resident, wife, and mom, Nikki Johnson is a dynamic force in sales and brand strategy, known for blending bold creativity with sharp commercial instincts. With over two decades of powerhouse experience in international and domestic sales, brand management, and strategic growth, she has built a standout career across the CPG and raw materials industries.

Nikki has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic brands—including L’Oréal, COOLA, Cargo Cosmetics, Dermablend, Jamaican Mango & Lime, Adidas, AFL, and NFL—delivering innovative strategies and measurable results at every turn. Today, as Strategic Corporate Accounts Manager, she leads a $6.4M territory generating $1.8M in profit, managing specialty and commodity ingredients across the Personal Care, Petcare, Food & Beverage, and Industrial sectors. Her expertise spans supplier negotiations, forecasting, procurement, logistics, and contract management—making her a true end-to-end strategist.

Known for her relationship-first approach, Nikki thrives on building meaningful, results-driven partnerships and approaches every new client opportunity with genuine excitement and strategic focus. She’s driven by a passion for ROI-focused creativity and long-term brand impact, grounded in smart sales strategy and sustainable growth.
